The Excel 2R63D Two Ram Baler is a new, compact two ram baling machine designed for operations that need precise bale control and automated tying in a smaller footprint. Powered by a 20 HP TEFC motor with dual 6-inch main cylinders and a 6-inch eject cylinder, this machine delivers consistent compaction force for cardboard, paper, plastics, and other recyclable commodities.

The 54″ x 40″ feed opening handles a solid range of material sizes, and the two ram design gives operators independent control over bale density and length – producing uniform 60″ x 48″ x 30″ bales that are ready for transport and sale. The Accent 470 wire tier automates the tying process, reducing labor and keeping cycle times tight. A bale separation door and bale release mechanism ensure clean, consistent ejection with minimal operator involvement.
