Excel Baler manufactures two distinct horizontal baler lineups – the EX Series of closed-end single-ram balers and the heavy-duty HV Series built specifically for non-ferrous metals. Seven models total, each engineered for a specific application.

The EX Series (EX62, EX63, EX63F, EX66, EX77) are closed-end single-ram horizontal balers for standard recyclable material streams including OCC, paper, plastics, and cans. The HV Series (HV9, HV10) uses two-ram construction in a single-ram body and is purpose-built for non-ferrous metals. Do not use the EX Series for non-ferrous metal baling – the HV Series is engineered specifically for this application. One-year limited warranty parts and labor.
