The Harris HRB-8 Two Ram Baler is a heavy-duty, high-capacity baling machine built for large-scale recycling and waste processing operations that run serious daily tonnage. Powered by dual 100 HP motors (200 HP total) with a 12-inch main cylinder and 8-inch eject cylinder, this machine delivers the sustained compaction force needed to process high volumes of OCC, nonferrous metals, mixed paper, plastics, and other recyclable commodities without slowing down.

The 74″ x 132″ hopper opening is exceptionally large – designed to accept big, bulky loads with minimal pre-processing, keeping your line moving and reducing labor at the infeed. The L&P Pinnacle wire tier is one of the most reliable automatic tying systems in the industry, keeping bale tying fast and consistent cycle after cycle. The resulting 45″ x 31″ x 64″ bales are dense, uniform, and transport-ready. A 60-inch steel belt infeed conveyor is also available with this unit for facilities looking for a complete, integrated feeding and baling solution.
