The Marathon Atlas ET Horizontal Baler is a used, heavy-duty baling machine purpose-built for non-ferrous applications — making it a strong fit for scrap yards, metal recyclers, and facilities processing aluminum, copper, brass, and similar non-ferrous materials. Powered by a 50 HP motor with a 10-inch cylinder, this machine generates substantial compaction force to produce dense, heavy bales weighing up to 1,250 lbs when processing OCC, with similar density on non-ferrous metals.

The 60″ x 30″ x 48″ bale size is well-suited for efficient storage and transport, and the updated PLC brings modern control capabilities to a proven machine platform — improving reliability and ease of operation. Manual tie configuration gives operators direct control over the baling and tying process, which some non-ferrous operations prefer given the varied nature of the material being processed.
